Your instructor: Liliya Miringof
Liliya Miringof is VP Marketing at WHITEHAT Cyber. She has held multiple marketing roles over the last 15 years, with her focus on what she calls “Math in Marketing”: scalable growth engines, data, technology, and automation, and in the last two years, AI. She and her team ran the experimentation, research, successes, and failures behind the workflows in this course, including WHITEHAT’s AI Radar.
The discovery paradox: more content, less visibility
Cyber buyers now research through ChatGPT and AI overviews, not link-by-link search. Some teams report organic traffic drops of 25 to 40 percent, and Liliya cites SparkToro data showing cybersecurity searchers are 115 percent more likely to use ChatGPT than the general population. You need to produce more content while attribution vanishes and only a fraction of AI crawls turn into a visit. The instinct is to optimize what already ran. The harder question is what the shift on the user side actually demands.
What’s inside
One session, fifteen lessons, in order.
Intro
Meet Liliya Miringof and the idea of AI as a force multiplier, minus the LinkedIn hype.
Agenda
Why this focuses on how AI works under the hood, not tools or fundamentals.
The discovery paradox
How AI changed buyer discovery, with cyber search shifting harder toward ChatGPT.
From keywords to context
How search evolved from short queries to long, context-rich prompts about specific pain points.
The discovery paradox 2: zero clicks
Zero-click reality, AI overviews, dark-funnel attribution, and rethinking the website as front door.
Your Own AI Chatbot: The Chat Experience
Letting users chat with your site, tied to ABM data and follow-up automation.
Is Content Marketing Dead
Why stellar content still earns a place in the machine’s mind, with AI cutting production time.
LLM Optimization Matrix
The OpenAI matrix mapping context and output optimization across prompts, RAG, and fine-tuning.
Prompt Engineering
The ingredients of a strong prompt: role, objective, audience, constraints, inputs, and breaking tasks into steps.
Prompt Engineering lvl 2
Prompt template libraries and custom GPTs, plus where they fragment and break down across a team.
RAG
Building a retrieval brain from cyber, internal, and marketing sources, served by a hive of AI agents.
AI Practical example
WHITEHAT’s AI Radar: turning breach intel into briefings and outreach in under one business day.
AI & Creativity
How AI lowers the cost of B2B creative, shown through the Palo Alto Networks campaign and asset orchestration.
Responsible AI: Guardrails and Principles
Start at bottlenecks, keep humans in the loop, protect data and IP, avoid shadow tooling and vendor lock-in.
Summary
AI is a force multiplier, not a strategy replacement. Define who you are first, then amplify.
